Jessica has guided us through not 1, or 2, but 3 completely new buildout in our current building with much success.  She has great insight as to recommendations for her client and balances the needs and budget better than anyone I have encountered. She is straight forward, oriented to details and on top of the construction calendar and most importantly, when you encounter an issue, and you will, she keeps a level head and helps you sort through options considering the needs of all parties.
