JL Commercial Services had the privilege of supporting Lifeworks—a mission-driven nonprofit—as owner’s representative on their new 8,338 SF headquarters. This project was about more than just space—it was about creating an environment that reflects the heart of their work and the communities they serve.

Partnering with Pope Architects, St. Paul Construction, and Innovative Office Solutions, we helped bring their vision to life through a thoughtful layout, inclusive design features, and flexible workspaces tailored for both in-person and hybrid collaboration. Every detail was considered to foster connection, accessibility, and a sense of belonging.

Result: A purpose-built headquarters that embodies Lifeworks’ mission—welcoming, functional, and designed to serve both their team and the broader community.
