Acting as owner’s representative, we coordinated across project partners to ensure seamless execution—from early planning through final walkthrough.
With design led by Gensler, construction by Crawford Merz, and furnishings from Atmosphere, the space blends comfort, acoustics, and functionality to meet the unique needs of a high-performance call center environment. Emphasis was placed on flow, technology integration, and creating breakout spaces that support team connection and focus.
Results: A thoughtfully designed call center that balances performance with comfort—supporting Gravie’s people-first mission while preparing them for their next chapter of growth.
